DAG STUDIO RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read carefully before submitting your rental request. Booking & Payment

I understand that submitting this form does not guarantee a reservation. Bookings are subject to studio availability and confirmation.

I understand that a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure my reservation.

I agree to settle the remaining balance before the start of the rental period.

Studio Use

I agree to use the studio facilities, equipment, and apparatus responsibly and only for their intended purpose.

I understand that rental time includes setup, preparation, event time, and cleanup.

I agree to vacate the studio at the end of my reserved rental period.

Additional time used beyond the reserved schedule may be charged accordingly.

Apparatus Use

I understand that pole and aerial apparatus should only be used by individuals with proper experience, training, or qualified instructor supervision.

I accept full responsibility for all participants using the apparatus during my rental period.

Studio Care & Damages

I agree to leave the studio clean and in the same condition in which it was received.

I understand that any damage to mirrors, flooring, walls, lighting, furniture, apparatus, sound equipment, or studio property may be subject to repair or replacement charges.

I understand that DAG Studio reserves the right to charge additional cleaning fees if excessive cleaning is required after the rental.

Events & Gatherings

Outside food and beverages are permitted, provided the studio is left clean after use.

Alcohol is only permitted with prior approval from DAG Studio management.

Glitter, confetti, smoke machines, open flames, candles, nails, adhesives, or materials that may damage the studio are strictly prohibited.

Decorations must not be attached to mirrors, walls, ceilings, apparatus, or studio equipment without prior approval.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

I understand that deposits are non-refundable.

Rental reservations may be rescheduled once if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking date, subject to availability.

No-shows will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

Liability Waiver

I understand that participation in dance, fitness, pole, aerial, and movement-related activities involves inherent physical risks.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the studio and its equipment.

DAG Studio, its owners, instructors, staff, and representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal property occurring during the rental period.
